1. In the event of goods being
faulty upon delivery, or where the incorrect product has been supplied,
Bradshaws will arrange for a replacement item to be dispatched as soon as
possible. If unavailable, a full refund will be granted.
2. Goods must be inspected on receipt and any damage notified to the Carrier
at the time of delivery and to Bradshaws within 7 days of receipt. Damaged goods
will be exchanged. Collection and replacement will be arranged by Bradshaw.
3. Goods incorrectly ordered can be returned for credit, subject to the costs
of collection plus a restocking charge of 20% of the original invoice price (whichever
is greater)
4. Any other refunds will be granted wholly at the discretion of Bradshaws.
